After moving into this apartment complex and then relocating for my company 3 months later I have come to one conclusion about this apartment complex.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT.

It is a nice looking place and the apartments look modern with good kitchens but having to deal with the staff for more then a hello is an absolute joke. You are ignored, your phone calls are not returned and when you try to speak to a manager they refuse to take your phone call. I called on a Friday morning and was told by the person that answered the phone that the manager was busy and that they couldn't get back to me till Tuesday morning. They refuse to go out of there way to help anyone but the next person signing a lease. If this was an actual business where the product didn't sell itself, none of these jokers would have a job. Let me say this one more time.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT.

If you have any problems where you need staff help you will regret ever moving in.

I agree; the management at Stoneleigh are incompetent and impersonable unless you are signing a lease or renewal.

Its funny how the ones talking about how bad that the management is are all anonymous. ---- has been VERY helpful with moving me in. She is the nices person i have dealt with and i moved quite a bit. I love the atomospher and the management here. This is the first time I have wanted to stay at a complex for longer then my lease term. So, like I said the management is not like you guys are saying. Go down and meet ---- for yourself. Shes nice, kind and always willing to help somebody out. This is a wonderful place to live.* Resident for 7 months

Funny how Anonymous up there makes jabs at people not using their name but doesnt use his either...my name is Ashley and I am the wife of the person who wrote this review. Of course ---- was nice to you, you were moving in and about to provide income to complex which has people leaving in droves. I have met ---- and unfortunately talked to her many times...dumb as a rock. I had problems from basically day one and it took a call to Stoneleighs corporate management company in San Antonio to get any help at all. To be clear it will say "From: Anonymous" but that is because i do not want to register with the website.

The staff at this apartment complex is awful. ---- is the biggest problem in that office. One thing I have noticed is that the only people offering good reviews are those that recently moved in. Try living at the Stoneleigh for an extended period of time. It is a shame because when this place was owned by Fairfield, it was very nice. NOW, most of the tenants are questionable and low class. The same holds true with the front office staff.
