I lived there six months and never had a quiet night, despite complaints. You hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors do and say....god forbid they're loud. Management is clueless and unconcerned about evrything but leasing. Veiled threat of no deposit return if I wrote here. Told me they could cancel out whatever I might say by posing as a resident and saying flowers and roses. Didn't let us know til almost 2 weeks that cars were being broken into and thefts were common.Get on their bad side and you're toast as far as packages (they send them back)and repairs and any other normal courtesy. I read these types of things before I moved in and thought someone was just pissed, but having lived there and experienced it first hand.....I would advise against it. Management is a merry go round. Loud obnoxious neighbors and many other negatives. I finally got most of my deposit, so I can be honest now. DON'T do it. Since living there, I've found great places with good mangmnt and cheaper.
