I have lived here since October 2007 and haven't had any problems. They responded promptly to my repair issues and I have even seen the maintenance crew going through the yards picking up dog poop (even though they state you are supposed to pick it up yourself).

They hold my packages for me, the grounds are always clean and I really like my neighbors. This is a big apartment complex so I am sure the people with complaints are going to cause a louder stink than the happy people. Just thought I would share my thoughts. I like it here. Just wish I wasn't so far from Dallas.

This was posted by someone in management. The highest ratings were given to noise, parking, and the staff. Read the reviews. The biggest problems are noise, parking and the staff.

The parking is fine for me because I have my own covered parking spot. If you don't have your own spot then the people showing up to party with their friends WILL take up all your parking. The noise is fine because I live on the back end on the third floor and no one bothers me. I recently had a problem where I needed to extend my lease and the staff let me extend it for a short term at my current rate. Everyone's experience is going to be different and mine has been great. I'm sad to leave this place.
