Unless you want to move immdediately when your lease expires, I would recommend you NOT move here. I just got my lease renewal and it went up over $200! That's over a 20% rent increase in one year! The price isn't worth the constant turn over in staff in the office not to mention the snotty attitudes from staff. The staff is all young and apparently do not have the skills to deal with customers. They treat you like it's a priviledge for you to live there when in reality, it's the other way around! Prepare to be treated like a # and not a customer. I should have paid better attention when I first moved there. I moved from across the state and when I got there on my scheduled move in day, my apartment wasn't ready and they were not sure when it would be. The unit was missing carpet and the garage was broken. Needless to say they were not sure when it would be ready. So here I am with a moving truck full of stuff and no where to go!!! I didn't even get an apology from the apartment manager, only an agreement for them to pay for my to stay in a hotel with everything I own in a moving truck in the hotel parking lot. A 20% increase' For what' Certainly not for your outstanding customer service!
