The apartement are made with cheap material ,the wall are paper you can ear you neighbor in the toilet,the laundry machin never work,we have the gate never work , we don't have security someone already broke to my car,the garden is full of dog poo,we are every week without electricity,we have coucaracha in the apartement(big ones 2")The hot tube never work.And they have a officer who put a orange tag(violation sticker)in your windshield because the car is old or you forgot you inspection and if you don't move your car in 24 h they toll you car.On the night time you have racoon and rat in the trash dumpster.The rent are to expensif.Please don't sign the lease or you are going to regret.Yes when they show you the model apartement it looks good but this placen sucks big time.We are already some neighbore who wants to move out.Or I forget the staff they don't care only when you bring the rent ot you sign the lease.

I AGREE TOTALLY!!! THERE IS DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE!!! I HAVE HAD MY CAR SMASHED IN AND NO ONE LEFT ANYTHING ON THE WINDSHEILD. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF ARE LIKE MONKEYS!!! THEY DO NOTHING AND JUST POINT FINGERS ON WHO TO TALK TO!!!

I moved out three years ago and I am so happy I did. I can tell it was a good move by the ridiculous grammar in this post. The post shows the type of idiots that live in this complex now. This place used to be nice before all the rejects found it. This place used to be all AA pilots, flight attendants and students. Unfortunately, this place sold out and went section 8. I agree with not moving here, but only because of the clientele and management. I never dealt with management because I paid my rent on time every month. I moved due to the 15 black women living above me that would always complain about rent.........GO FIGURE.
