When we first arrived to the apts the staff was very nice and welcoming so we decided to move here. Well it turned out to be a nightmare. The staff here do not care for the residents. If you have an issue no one is willing to speak to you. We had an issue with a staff and complained. From then on that certain staff was rude and wouldn't even take our apt rent check. They would makes faces and refer us to her other coworker. They are very rude. Lets not even begin with parking. Parking here is very hard and there is no where to to park. Everyone parks in handicap. Management is not that great. The appearance of the apt is nice but the management and staff are not that great. STAFF HERE IS FAKE AND DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR JOBS. This place is not even worth your time. RUN!!!! We're counting down the days TIL WE MOVE OUT!!!!

Yes I have the same experience please don't move to this apartement you are going to regret , they take you money and they don't care . You can find cheaper apartement and leave much better without to be screw.

Everything said is true. This is the worst place in DFW to move into. I lived here 3 years ago and was screwed out of $3000.00 in move out fees. I had been a renter for 7 years so I wasn't a novice renter. These people are just greedy and uncaring!
