Since we moved in we have had only one problem and that was with the air-conditioning. The friendly maintenance man was over in less than 30 minutes of me calling and it was as quickly fixed. 99% of the people I have encountered living here are friendly and "normal". However the other 1% I have observed dealing drugs outside over the week nights. (However I'm sure he's a harmless teenager going though the "phase".) Overall, I would definately recomend this place. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
