We?re not all the same person complaining. I only posted once. I wish to remain anonymous because there is a slander clause in the lease. If it?s truth, it isn?t slander, but I don?t wish to pay lawyer?s fees to prove it.

I met several people in the course of living there who were happy with their apartments. All of those people lived toward the front of the property, which I suspect was built by a different contractor. I had a small one bedroom, no loft, no extras, facing south on the first floor and my electric bills were exorbitant, even with my being conservative.

I did not break my lease, as much as I wanted to. I paid every single one of my bills AND my rent on time, EVERY TIME and still ended up with red notices on the door due to their bookkeeping errors.

Perhaps Tall Timbers started declining in quality after ?People Grow Up? moved out in 2002.

I never had any issues with safety.
