Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Very mediocre with high electric bills for winter and summer. Great pool, when there weren?t kids jumping off the rocks. Staff seemed pleasant enough, except for the eviction notice over a late water bill.
But keep ALL your records. 2 years AFTER living there, I received a note that I owed money, and to pay up or have my credit screwed. I called back w/ the check # for the exact amount they said I owed. the explanation "oh, well we weren't show who paid and who hadn't, so we sent a note to EVERYBODY!!"
took 2 calls to get the letter stating I didn?t owe them anything.
