The place touts all these things like basketball with no ring, hot tub with no jets or heat, golf instructor that does not exist, yoga instructor that does not exist, but there's lots of land for the dogs to poop. The staff are as friendly as cardboard which by the way, is how thick the walls and floors are--so electric bill is high along with the rent prices. This complex is really old and they try to collect rent the same amounts as the new complexes. Take your money where is appreciated and you can get more.
