I lived at Tall Timbers for three years and thoroughly enjoyed the community. The grounds are beautifully kept. The people in the office are professional and maintenace work completed in a very timely manner.
After reading several of these postings, I felt compelled to respond... If you don't want a notice put on your door, pay your bills on time. If you want a small electric bill be conservative and stay away from the floorplans that consist of three floors. If crime or noise is an issue, contact The Euless Police Department for the true facts. I never had an issue when I lived there regarding safety.
Ever notice that it's usually the people that are trying to scam something, owe money or get something for nothing, that have the biggest ----- to make' Also, ever notice that the people making these wild accusations never sign their names'
An apartment contract is no different than a car contract, mortgage, or credit card debt. If you do not live up to your financial responsibilities than expect there to be penalties.
