I fell into this site by searching for the web address and began to read, so felt I had to write.
I have lived here for three years now, the first was the only time I have had any problems, a buss bar on the inlet power box was loose and no ground was supplied to my electricity, I lost all of my electronic devices as well as many lights that was a scene from some from some haunted house movie. It did take a week to get the problem figured out but that was with the staff maintanence arriving each morning after my evening call to fet it fixed.
The staff Julie mgr. I have found attentive and willing to speak anytime you walk into the office. The assistance people are green and seem to be promoted once they get a good feel for the occupation, it seems they last 6-12 months and are reassigned to another property. The longest I have seen the office staff stay is just over 18 mths. And yes there has been a few rude ones but they haven't lasted long. The maint. staff has increased in number and are helpful and timely, I have not found any mess or things disturbed other than a work report left on my counter stating what they had worked on or replaced and the time they were in my apt.
My electric has been as high as $275 and as low as $97. Water bill as low as $15.50 to a high as $23.
I have covered parking and two vehicles that are both parked there, there is also ample parking for guests.
The grounds are well kept, I had a tomato plant at my door entrance and the grounds keeper didn't cut it back or disturb it when trimming the hedge or sidewalk that it had grown over and into. Plants are encouraged for your patio decour.
The facilities are kept clean, the weight room well equiped, pool and spa area free of trash and very clean, driving range marked and groomed, B-ball court swept, valley ball court free from rocks and a good level of sand, the laundry room is commonly clean with all the washer and dryers working in good form.
I have had two majorly loud sets of tennents move in above me but were evected within their first two months, late night loud parties or one visit from the police and you are out of here, plain and simple.
It is a quiet community and not on a through street so street noise and extra non-resident trafic minimal, the residents whom mostly have dogs of fair size do clean after them so land mines are few. Kids and adults do live here in this area without getting on eather ones nerves.
