Every time it rains, get a leaky roof, then takes months before a pitiful attempt to correct, but obviously not ever corrected cause would not be writing this. This place stinks, literally--musky,or mildew. But you know whats worse than the leak, the dreaded phone call to the office to report--same ol song and dance, so why bother! Heard they charge you like crazy when you move out, as if that is not enough, the office already keeps 1/2 the security deposit for ADMINISTRATION FEES! The only administration, see going on, is the staff/tenants leaving. But two always remain. Seems if they are attractive or personable, they do not stick around--including the tenants.
