I live here now. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get as far away from here as possible. I have had nothing but problems with my apartment. When ever I report these problems they always say they'll be out to fix it, but they never do. You have to call them several times in order to get anyone out, and when they do come to fix it, they just temporarly fix it. It always the easiest and cheapest way possible, and it's usually broken again in a couple of weeks. My dishwasher has been broken for 8 months. I've had them out here 4 times over it, and nothing is ever done. They'll get there wrenches out, and tinker around, but it's still broke when there done. The floor's in my bathroom are caving in, and it feels like they could give at anytime. Nothing gets fixed here. The management is awful. They are so nice when your looking to rent, and signing the lease, but once you do they turn in to real witches. The short chunky blond chick is the worst. I've never met a person who thinks she's better than everyone else. When ever I go into the office to report a problem, they never want you to talk about it infront of people who are looking to lease, they always tell you to hold on or come back. They actually get mad at you if you say something in front of these people. As for everything else, The pool is always dirty or closed. It usually has tons of leaves in it, and the water is warm and murky. There golf course it a net and one putting green. Kids are always out everywhere, and they run wild. One of them scratched his name into the paint of my car last month, but when I called the office to ask who had a child by the name they wouldn't tell me. It wasn't a common name. The covered parking is not free, and if you buy a space, your lucky to get to park there. I've had to have cars towed out of my spot on nights when weather was bad in order to park my car in a spot I pay for. This place is a mess, am I'm glad my lease is almost up. I know I'm going to get charged out the rear for crap i didn't break ( had 2 freinds move out who kept there places real nice, yet were charged for damage that wasn't there) I'm just glad my lease is almost up!!!!!!!!!!!
