I love living here. I can't hear my neighbors and the office only fines you if they catch red handed not picking up after your pet. The fine is $25. I have always paid on time as well and have yet to get a letter on my door. They only send you notices if you don't pay your rent and water. Its their job to send notices to collect for the bills you owe. I work for T-Mobile and it works the same with us. We have to send notices and call till money is collected or you go to collections. My friend just moved out of here and she has no complaints either. She was only charged back the water bills that had not yet been billed but that were owed. The water billing cycle is 6 weeks behind. There are sweet people here and the office is always trying to ge tthe residents involved in activities in the office and in the community. Too bad only sour pusses write comments on here. More people who do like it here should come on here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion I suppose. Put yourself in the office staff shoes and realize they have over 200 residents to cater too and collect from. Its a hard job and I am glad I don't have to do it. SO visit the community, pull crime stats for our community via the Euless Police department, ask to see a home someone is about to move into and not just the model to make your own informed decision. I think you will enjoy it here.
