I do not like living here!! It was nice at fist, but once they moved a bunch of idiots in nex to us, they are all out till all hours of the night, smoking pot, and drinking, and i have three kids and dont want them around this, i am getting a 4 bedroom house for as much as i am paying for this crap place, And i dont like that you cant be late on your rent, we have been late almost everymonth we have been here, and they dont understand, we have three kids, and a ex that wont pay child supprt, and some things have happened, and they just dont understand what i go through, i have had lots of problems with termites, and i hate this place, i am just waiting to get out of this hell whole!!!

Then you need to find another place that you can afford...after all, that would be the responsible thing to do for you and your kids. Do you think you can get a house as a habitual late payer? Best you find a more "affordable" apartment and build up good rental history. That's funny...you don't like that you can't be late on your rent. That's life! You can't live in a mansion on a beer budget. Get the point?
