You can only be charged late charges of $100 per month; anything over that is illegal. I am 100% sure.

Your 100% an idiot. State of Texas states that the maximum late fee is $150. However, if you are receiving a rent special, you forfit that deduction if you do not pay your rent on time. Therefor, your fees can exceed the $150.00.

Your guys are both idiots You the lease states in paragraph 6 (RENT AND CHARGES) "Daily late charges will not exceed 15 days for any single month's rent". So it doesnt matter how much the late fees are it only matters on how many days the late charges are charged. DUH! |
