I lived on property for five years and have NEVER have experienced any of the issues that the complaintants are expressing. Any maintenane issues were always addressed and corrected to my complete satisfaction and I found that the property is in good condition considering that tenants can be VERY abusive to rental properties and that this one is almost twenty years old. I am rather impressed that in the five years I was there that there had only been two managers and that they both enforced the rules. That seems to be what people do not want to understand/appreciate. When you sign a lease you are signing a legal document and NO a property cannot just "let" you out of a lease. They have legal responsibilitys just like you do, so before you begin making accusations - READ YOUR LEASE!! As far as safety goes, if any of the residents who claim to have been unsafe on the property ever attended one of the Neighborhood Watch meetings that are held in the office every few months they?d know that Tall Timbers is in one of the lowest crime areas in Euless. The grounds are very well maintained and this is one property that has trees! Lot?s of them! So, it depends on what you're looking for. Some other properties may have fancy amenities galore, but it doesn't make up for the great neighbors and home that I had there. I'd still be there if I hadn't bought a house.
