OK...I've read all the comments regarding this property, and I respect the fact that everyone has their opinions. This helps me focus on what needs our residents have regarding making this property the best place to live! I came to this community on January 3rd. I fought hard for this property, for I have had friends live here in the past. I believe in Tall Timbers, and I am also a former Regional Marketing Director for over 2000 units in Texas. I am also very resident-oriented and constantly strive for excellence in customer service and resident satisfaction. My theory is that it is easier to keep a resident than find a new one. With that in mind, I sent out a resident survey asking to rate all aspects of living here and suggestions to improve the community. 2006 will be much better for the residents of Tall Timbers, and although there were many changes in 2005 regarding staff, I am here to stay...fully committed to this community because I believe in it and all we have to offer. I am just asking for the chance to prove to you what I can accomplish...what WE can accomplish. Trust me...you'll be glad you did!

Common practice of residents when a new manager arrives is the overwhelming need to have all the repairs that were never fixed finally repaired. This has caused an overflow of service requests upon my arrival. In addition, many of the requests involve replacement parts that have to be ordered, thus managing the vendors to get the right part here on time. Each service request that is called in is personally distributed to the maintenance men from my hands every morning. I personally check the status of each request that consists of a part order, then discuss with the maintenance about repairing it immediately - personally following up. I require of my staff to make personal phone calls to the residents who had their requests completed that day to ensure they are satisfied and no other service needs are required. I do not know who you are, but it is my mission to enhance the customer service in all areas to exceed your expectations. I am very personable, so I invite you to visit my office and speak with me personally regarding any repair needs you are requiring at this time. I am here to resolve problems, not ignore them. It's only been 2 1/2 months since I arrived, and I feel that many positive changes have been made. Please come to the office to meet me so we can resolve your matter of concern.
