I?ve lived here for four years and love it. I was divorced, sold our home, and dreaded returning to apartment life. However, Tall Timbers is the BEST home I have ever had. I cannot praise this property enough. I have recommended it to friends whom are now members of this community and grateful to be so. The complaints I?ve read on this site are ludicrous and total speculation. If someone thought he or she was having health problems due to mold - he or she should have gone for a simple blood test and presented management with the results. To have assumed the dwelling caused her illness was ignorant and irresponsible. Furthermore, black mold can be eradicated with water/bleach at 9:1. That is even posted on the CDC website. So Tall Timbers was correct to have used this method for cleanup. As for dog messes, they are the responsibility of the pet owners & everyone we've seen here is compliant. However, they do have a staff member that makes the rounds with a "scooper" just in case. Also - I?ve never had any issues with the staff, health standards, responsiveness, etc. In fact, when we renewed our last lease, the manager offered to replace our carpet and tile without us even mentioning it. They followed through and within one day, we had a new interior. No, I do not work for this property. I simply logged on for additional information on the apartments for renter?s insurance purposes, saw the negative postings, and was compelled to rebut. The staff is genuinely friendly. They always wave, say hello, use our first names, and even know the names of our pets. There are many community events that make life here wonderful ... mobile vet service, crime watch meetings, an annual community yard sale, volleyball, golf lessons, picnics/pool parties, etc. The grounds are very nice as well. Management promotes neighbor interaction and is proactive in all aspects of apartment living. We have even joked about "kidnapping" the present manager to come work for our company! Please consider the sources of the negative postings. If their poor grammar were any indication to the validity of their claims, I would dismiss the negative reviews as having come from embittered citizens with perpetual bad attitudes whom do not take responsibility for their own misfortunes, but rather defer the blame to others. Move to Tall Timbers and you?ll be moving home.
