First and foremost, the management treats people unfairly. I have lived here for about two years. Over the course of time, I inquired about another apartment and they told me that it would cost me 700. They ended up renting the same apartment to a friend of mine (he lives here as well) for 600. Now does that sound like good management' They even told him not to tell other residents what he is paying. I have never been late on rent. I never ask for repairs. You would think they would want to do all they can to keep their timely paying residents. Not to mention that you never know who is the manager! This place is on their 4th manager since I signed my lease. Don't rent here! My electricity bill in summer was 275 for a 550 sq ft apt. My friends bigger loft apt was only 200. There's definately something wrong. They also never change the air filters. The place should be condemned!
