Tall Timbers used to be operated better then it is now. The maint is very poor. It is not worth the price they charged for rent. Also anyone can swim in the pool. people all the time just drive in park and swim and drive away and they dont even live at the apts.

Not to mention they are too cheap to fix the hot tub. The place I live at now just spent thousands of dollars to fix the hot tub and move the emergency button to prevent it from being damaged anymore.
