I've been living here 5 months now and I absolutely love it. The apartment was clean and freshly painted when I moved in and the carpets had just been cleaned. The pet deposit was a little steep, but I guess it's better than not having my cat at all, and some of it is refundable.

I've had a few problems with the up keep of my apartment, but whenever I put in a request, they get someone out here immediately. I had ants the day I moved in(during the summer, so it was expected), and they had an exterminator out within a to take care of the problem, and I haven't seen any since.

The staff is always warm and welcoming when you enter and call and are more than willing to help people out. They always remember who I am when I call too, which is quite nice.

All in all, for the price of this apartment, $569 a month, I'd say I'm very lucky to have found this apartment. You can learn to live with a couple problems every now-and-then when you're paying such a good price and they are so quick to act.

Well then, you must be quite lucky. I'd reccommend getting a lotto ticket today! When I was paying $465 for a 550 sq ft apartment, my electric bill was $300 in the summer. And believe me, I didn't use my AC that much! The staff was unwilling to help. So, good luck. Hope your lucky streak lasts.
