Not a Safe Place To Live! Office Staff Is Terrible! Very Poor Management!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Living here is like living in the projects. You get the same crime, drug activity, and prostitutions. They do not background check the maintenance staff. The office staff do not take complaints seriously. A Euless police officer responding to this complex even said to me "This complex is horrible, you know how it is"
They try to trick you with "move in specials" but the monthly rate after your "free month" is very overpriced. Lack of safety is a big issue. People loiter on the property all the time. There are usually 5 or 6 adults living in one apartment.
This is the sore spot of Euless. The surrounding subivisions are seeing a decrease in home value because of this complex.
