I am a resident of these apartments and I can completely agree with the review that I read on how horrible it was. It is a complete dump! I know that they were attempting to buy the property and actually fix it up, but after doing a small number to the extent they needed repair, the company gave up and got rid of all the extra people they hired for renovation. Now, things are nasty!! They try to enforce their very strict rules or keeping patios to patio furniture only, no children's toys or ash trays. (retarded I know)The company that bought these out are a little too proud of them. The rent for a 2/2 not a whole lot of room, but they apparently start at over $800. Instead look into renting a house!! Half the stuff didn't work when I moved in, the carpet was still wet when I was allowed to move in and the maintenance guy was still in here attempting to clean things up. It was nasty from the start!! The carpet had not been replaced, but the apartments around me always had new carpet. Nothing was done right, the paint was not done decently, the shower walls were painted over instead of replaced or cleaned, there were paint splatters all over the wood looking lanolium floors, outlet and light fixtures are broken and hanging off the wall. I had informed them of all the issues and they have brushed it off and maybe come once because I had to be rude. Our carpet still smells like mildew after six months. Oh, and the a/c didn't even work. It was June and we were moving in on wet carpet that had sat through a week of no a/c or airflow to help dry it. I have two children and we don't leave unless we have to. With their father or not. I'm always hoping that a decent company will take over and do some real good around here. We work hard and pay rent and utilities on time every time and have a great history, it's ridiculous that they made it seem like this nice place to be especially with the price difference and they are probably the one of the worst apartments around here. The walkway available to the parking lot from where we live is through the mud with no concrete or the sidewalk that is always flooded when it rains. It couldn't be a worse situation with children!! I DO NOT recommend these apartments to anyone.... just keep looking on!!
