Moving into these apartments was the worst mistake I have ever made. They maintenance men are not capable of screwing in a light bulb. They ignore your service request and when they do not complete the job. The management is no better, they just tell you what they want to hear to get you out of their face. The property is over 30 years old and it shows. When I moved in my electricity meter was stolen so I had no heat or electricity, but once the meter was finally replaced it only revealed that the heat and A/C unit was broken. Not to mention the bed bug infestation, roaches, a broken window, and a crack in the wall. The plumbing is a nightmare, I live downstairs and the upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed into my bathroom and when the maintenance men finally came to check out the problem 4 days later they did nothing. The bathroom still smells like piss and ----. But what really make things so bad is the rent 835 for a 2 and 2. Highway robbery..these apartments are overpopulated, trashy, and unkept. Broken down cars are all over the parking lot. Mailboxes are broken into, there is to much activity at night. Police are always patrolling the property. STAY AWAY!!!!!
