For starters my fiance, mother and I moved in these apartments and were lied to the first day we moved in. It was partially our fault cause we didnt see the apartment before w sighned the lease, but being our fist time living in apartments we took the word of management that everything look brand new. The appliances, carpet, counter tops, and freshly painted walls. Well the first day we walked in and had 2 truck loads already here I was furious. the counters tops had been painted and not knowing it i put boxes on top of them and they were still wet. Then their idea of a new kitchen sink was to paint the inside of the old one. They had laid down used carpet before painting the walls and there were paint spots all thru out the carpet. they used a spray gun to paint the walls and u could tell cause the just did zig zags and places were darker than others. the only decent appliance was the refrigerater and it wobbled, the stove door would not close all the way and the dishwasher was old and full of water. since we have been here they replaced the dishwasher and stove and shampooed our carpets. courtesy patrol is a joke and our car was broken into. people drink out in the parking lot and leave their empty beer bottles behind other peoples car tires and there are fights all the times. That not even half of it. i could write a book on the place but i dont have time. patiently waiting till our lease is up which is in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, i dont care if they do pay you for referrals. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
