The pluming & sewer problems are constant. And getting anything done around here takes forever. The parking is the worst I have ever seen in an apt. complex. I was told that they do not have any responsibility in seeing you have a place to park. They can lease you a place to live but are not responsible for a place to park your vehicle. No one takes responsibility for anything, all you get is " what do you want me to do '"

Give me break! Carpet companies would not lay new carpet over mildew, they would then be liable. Think before you speak...

I have pictures that I am more than willing to upload and show you!!! I will be doing that very soon...I do not have a scanner at my house, so I will have to do it at my mom's...but you will be seeing those pictures very soon. Thanks
