This is such an amazing place to live. And It's unfortunate that disgruntled people(who are generally being evicted)are all that post messages. I really find the one regarding the plumbing issue(with pictures) hillarious. Especially becausee I happen to live in that building. They had plumbers working in there all week to get the problem fixed. It's even more hillarious that those people were already being evicted because of their violent tempers. Thank goodness they will be gone(courtesy of the mangement) soon. Everyone was getting tired of listening to their fighting.They took pictures of a sand pile that was there because work was being done. Poor angry people...all I can do is pray for them. I've attatched pictures of what it really looks like where the sand pile was briefly. Also, the comment regarding the person who was just driving around alledgedly and decided to post a comment.......Give me a break. No one has the time to sit down a post a comment simply because they were appalled after driving through an apartment complex. I've lived here so long and I'm out there walking my dog every night. I;ve never seen homeless people or drug dealings going on. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Is it now? Well no it is not,I live here and for sometime now, nor are we being evicted. So your proof is moot. This apartment complex has many many problems that have not been addressed, siding falling off the building and not being replaced, no security worth bragging about, rules not being enforced or being changed or dropped so the management no longer has to bother with them,pple are using their grills on patio's that it is against the law to use them, and management turns a blind eye. The reason why you are constantly having to refer people to this complex is that there is a revolving door of people moving out and not all of them are being evicted. In the summer the 3rd floor apartments are brutaly hot and the AC do not do a proper job of cooling the apartments, and the electric bills will run 350.00 a month for bascially a still hot apartment. This my dear is from cold hard experience. But you keep on spreading your fairy tales.

It's amazing how many people that work in the office actually post this crap!!!! Of course you knew what was going on in that building...you work there!!!! And how would you know why tenants are being evicted, unless you work there?? Because they don't just tell other tenants why someone is being evicted!!! But thanks for trying to make those apts look like crap, cuz thats what they are

Actually, I live right upstairs from the couple who posted the pictures of their plumbing work as well as this comment. I know they are being evicted because it's all that they(my neighbors) have been talking about. I live upstairs and my bill hasn't been over $250.00 Which I already expected seeing as heat rises and it takes more to cool an upstairs unit.As for rules being enforced, I know that happens because that's all I ever here my neighbors complaining about...notices they receive to clear patios or fix blinds, etc. I'm not intrested in going back & forth with you. If you are unhappy, MOVE....it's really that simple.

i lived here for 9 months and there is definate drug dealings going on. i know because when i was walking with my 1 1/2 toddler to the park, on more than one occasion, people asked if i was interested in buying or using. duh no! plus they would knock on my door with blunts and ask if i wanted to join in...please dont deny what really goes on in this place .
