I have noticed most of the reviews on here have been bad. Most people writing them probably have had problems because they don't know how to pay rent on time or be patient. In all fairness, the staff here is really great. The apartments are very nice. I have lived here for 8 months and have NEVER had a problem. Something breaks, it is repaired. I go pay my rent and I am greeted with nothing but smiles. This complex was purchased in a very bad condition and now thanks to the new owners and management things are turning around. It doesn't stop there though. Every tenant has to do the part. The staff here is VERY FAIR. It's just some people are used to getting the way with ranting and raving. This is the real world ya'll. Grow up.

Not true, not everyone that is complaining has been late on their rent, we never have. So there goes your poorly thought out logic. The office people do have a maturity problem, and we get that your probably and employee. I would also wager a huge bet with you that if more tenants knew of this website that the complaints would still far outweigh the compliments.

Paying rent on time has nothing to do with the way you are treated. They could care less if is paid on time. The only thing that they are concerned w/ are their BONUSES!!!! Will say and TRY to do anything to get you to SIGN ON the BIG BOLD LINE!! Once thats done to hell w/ you!!

Another staff review!I always payed on time and usualy early until they lost track of my early payment and tried to charge extra fees. admitt it you wouldn't live in this rouch infested getto.

Funny that staff will try and make nice when confronted with the truth...quit trying to "slut it up" to rent apartments, try being a little more professional, and try this...TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED...conscience anyone?
