By far the worst apartments ever! I can't tell you the last time these buildings were painted. They office staff is a complete nightmare to work with and god forbid you ever need to speak to the manager, she always seems to be convienently out of the office. There is no need to report problems with your apartment because they won't come to fix them anyways. Please do your homework do not rent at Vaucluse Apartments. Drive past the nice model apartments and enter the true ghetto that is Vaucluse.

I didn't think it was too bad when I first moved in either. Give them a little time. Just wait till something is broken and it takes a month to fix it. Then they lie to you and say they came by several times to fix it.

I so agree w/ you. The office staffs SUCKS!!! They are unprofessional, their attire is Skanky, Service request takes more than a month how about 5 months. Now, don't let me bash the overall picture, the floor plans are very nice. However, if you want people to stay maybe you should start internally w/ the staff. Also, do a better screening w/ the resident and not just let anyone in cause that plays a huge part also. YOUR STAFF REFLECTS YOUR TENANTS!!!!!

My daughter moved in to these apartments in Feb of 08 and they still haven't fixed anything she asked them to. Here is something that you can do if you are having problems with them fixing problems. Turn them into the office IN PERSON, make them write it down and sign it, get a copy, ask them to make a copy for you, then if they don't fix it within like a week or two, take your rent to tarrant county constables office and pay it there, when they try to evict you at the constables office they will tell them that you are not delinquent on your rent and they cannot evict you.

Just FYI...to mizproper...I had an agreement with management at the time, I cannot remember her name, but she was from Hawaii, she was in the process of "typing it up", and we were going to go over it...and sign together that would allow my "abusive" husband to be evicted and not me...this was dependent upon the numerous calls that the police responded to. Now mind you, when I asked to be let out of my lease for "safety purposes"...ie..my LIFE, I was told that we could take this alternate route...so I went along, like a fool, and went to the office 2DAYS later to sign, and she had breezed off, new management was in, and had NO IDEA that a "deal" of any kind had taken place. How unfortunate for me, that I did not listen to my own instincts...the previous manager KNEW she was on her way out, and was just keeping me at bay until she got to leave, and then it took 9 swat team members to get me out of the apartment...sometimes these "managers" don't think about the "empty" promises that they make to their tenants...sometimes tenants need to go with their gut instincts and get out of dodge before they continue to listen to empty promises...BTW...I also had maintenance issues that went ignored for the 1st 4 months that I lived there...and that WAS going and putting it in writing at the office...I had my copies, but they did not...things have a way of getting misplaced there!
