We were in need of an apartment after moving here from Louisiana. The people in the office seemed very friendly and accomodating. We were in a pinch for a place and they didn't have any apartments available to view when we went to sign the lease. The day we moved in, we were not impressed. The refrigerator was at least 15 years old and had signs of rust in it. The laminate in the kitched and bathroom had started to peel. There were no baseboards on any of the walls,so you could see the walls chipped near the carpet. There were also drainage pipes in front of the door and by the patio on the first floor of all the apartments. They were not capped properly and we saw food and other things flow out of it until they fixed it 2 months later. The A/C system broke several times and never properly cooled. We were told to keep all the doors open to ensure circulation. I guess we didn't need privacy. We ended our lease early because they wanted to my autistic brother to leave. He got out at night and made his way into someone's home and just stood there. He didn't hurt anyway, but they deemed him a danger. You would think they might be considerate of his condition, but instead gave three days for him to leave. Instead of bothering with legal pains, we decided to leave the hells of Vaucluse early. They agreed to let us out of the lease, I guess it was easier than dealing with the possible descriminatory issues of kicking out a mentally handicapped person. We were honestly happy to get out of the place.

We moved here from Killeen, and were in need of an apt as well. We actually got to view a model they had open. It was nothing like the one they tried to move us into!!! When we took the Uhaul over there to move in, the apt was disgusting!!!!!!!! They claimed it was the first time they had used a contract cleaner, and the girls in the office even said they walked it the night before! Well, there was dryer lint hanging 4 ft. off the vent, the bathroom toilet upstairs was overflowing, and it was running thru the vent to the downstairs. AND, we were there for probably 10 minutes and I saw at least 3 roaches. So we called maintence and he said he was stuck in traffic, at 10 o'clock at night. Well, needless to say, we waited there for almost 2 hrs, and he never showed. So when we went back the next day, he STILL hadn't been there!!! I told the office to tear my lease up, cuz I wasn't moving there with my 4 month old child. She tried to tell me that they could come take care of that the same day. I said, you have to fumigate it, and you can't "take care" of the mold that's in the bathroom. So they tore up my lease too!!! I'm just so glad we didn't move there!!

LOL IT DOESNT TAKE A SCIENTIST TO FIGURE NOT TO LIVE AT THIS DUMP..YOU COULDNT PAY ME ENOUGH MONEY IN THE WORLD TO LIVE HERE..SERIOUSLY...ITS NUTZ..LOOK AT ALL THE PROOF AND HOW THE POOR/LAZY ASS MANGT IS TRYING TO DEFEND THIS PLCE REALLY BADLY LMFAO...AT THEM AND WHO EVER DECIDES TO LIVE HERE...I MEAN COME ON NOW...ITS BAD ENOUGH WHERE IM LIVING AT NOW...FREAKON WATER LEAKAGE EVERY WHERE, LET ALONE THIS DUMP!!!! I HATE LIVING IN FREAKON APTS...AND TO TOP IT OFF YOU WANT HIGH QUALITY LIVING ITS GOING TO COST AN ARM AND A LEG...IM GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS WEBSITE..
