Village Green Apartments

Not even for my worst enemies! From: smerrell Date posted: 9/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I would not recommend this place o my worst enemies!! It is so poor in regards to construction and maintenance!!! I had THREE water leaks in the year I lived there. Can we say health hazard'! Service'' Not a chance. It took 3 to 4 phone calls to get these people off there lazy rear ends to do anything. At one point I was so fumed after my FOURTH phone call for a simple maintenance request I went in to talk to the manager who agreed with me that it was ridiculous. Imagine that. Service is so awful I don't even have the words to describe it. I could have and sometimes did a better job myself. I moved out due to the horrible service and shotty "apartment". You could hear every step my upstairs neighbors took, insulation is something I don't think they believe in. I spent a many nights dreaming about the day my lease would come up. My own sister went out apartment hunting for me to get me out of there. I could go on and on about this place. But I am relying on others out there to please for your sake make a better choice and don't rent here. I found a MUCH nicer AND larger apartment for $25.00 LESS that is much nicer and service - ITS SAME DAY with a smile!! Shop around!!
