After reading all of the comments you are probably thinking that you will never live with us but let us defend ourselves. I have been here for a year and yes I have seen quiet a few different people come and go but that is in every business...every where. What people don't consider is that either they have had a better job offer or just didn't make it..whatever the case may be it has happened. As far as our maintenance goes we have not had the best maintenance in the past but now our guys are AWESOME! Rueben our lead maintenance was here for 7 years and has now returned with a great team! For those people who complained about work requests...have you actually given our guys a chance or just waited 2 months to call it in and then give them 2 hours to repair everything. They are AWESOME but not SUPERMAN! Anyways, we do our best and whether you believe that or not is your choice but regardless of what these comments say we hope that you give us the benefit of the doubt and check us out! Most everyone on our team has a minimum of 5 years in the business so we really do know what we are doing if you will give us a chance to prove it. In the mean time if you live here now and are not getting the quality of living that you want come talk to me...Shannon... and give us the chance to make it right! We do understand that even though this is our 'job' it is still your home and we will try to make it the best we can within reason. If you are considering a move to the Bear Creek area stop by and let us take you on a tour before you judge us. We will make it worth it! :)
