In defence if Shannon and the fire situation. I am an Assistant Manager of another community in the area. Fires can happen anywhere and no matter what class apartment community you are living in, you will have a certain amount of crime and weird residents who do stupid things. Case in point, the cigerette guy. I shopped their property and since have had a resident move to my community from theres. For the residents and new prospects, you are lucky they are doing a rehab, unfortunately there is an amount of annoyment to it, but it is well worth it in the end for both resident nad management. I happen to know for a fact they remodeling inside and out. How do I know this you ask' We all keep in contact wiht eachother and go to monthly meetings. THe north end of Euless is a great place to live thanks to the strict police force we have here. Unfortunately I was recently nabbed by them. But, it was my fault. For my properties sake and my little baby, I am glad they are so strict. If you have questions of safety, drive the community at night. I am a nice community down the road from her who just went through the rehab situation. Residents complained at first, but htanked us in the end. Have you never heard the saying good things come to those who wait... so wait, it will get better. Hey they are getting a new fitness room! Yay for them. Tell you what Shannon gives me a run for my money! Oh and youcan't hear the planes! Stop whinning about it. Want to know who I am' Just ask! If you visit my property I will tell you, But because of my corporate office I can't name myself. To Shannon and the staff, you go girls we all thought you handled the fire situation fabulously. We went to help out and you all had it under control. For those not in property management, its harder then it looks to run a property and there are many situtations that become uncontrolable. But its those who can ease those situtations that are great property managers, Assistants, and leasing. Cudos to you all. They are nice, worth the price, and extremely affordable. Mine is gorgeous and a little pricier but we offer more ammenities and you want ammenities you gotta pay for em too! They are worth their price just like I am worth mine. So cudos To Shannon! They have a great staff and they are a fabulous community. Construction is annoying, but well worth the wait.
