Village Green Apartments

Tired of the element they are moving in here, and descided to move. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   Since it is now 3:46 AM and I was just woken up AGAIN by the same jerk with the loud muffler on his car. I decided to jump on the internet and tell others who might be thinking of moving to the complex. that they might want to rethink it unless they like living around a bunch of impolite jack offs. I have talked to the management numerous times about this guy and they do not seem to be very helpful at all. I just wanted others to know that if they move here they will deal with very loud cars and obnoxious people. They now have people using the parking lot as a football field, Basketball court. Let me remind you that there is a park right behind this complex and they refuse to use it. One mother sets up a chair now in the parking lot of the complex and watches her kids smack cars with a tennis racket while they attempt to hit a tennis ball to one another. I am not kidding or exaggerating, I have all this crap on video as proof. Management will not do anything, because they fear that they might loose a tenet. I have lived here since 1999 and I have seen this place make a complete shift for the worse and I place that squarely on the shoulders of the management. I feel that since interest rates have gone down and the respectable people all bought houses. The only kind of people they can get in here are the ones that are of the lower class. There used to be very respectable people that lived here. Now we are left with this. I was going to sign another lease, but I have a few months before my lease is up. This is the last straw; I feel I no longer want to woken up by punks and worry every night whether my car was broken into or dented by someone who wants to throw a football, but too lazy to walk (est.) 200 yards to play in the park. I decided against it, and am going to now look for a more peaceful community, with a little more respectable people.
