I live here too and the post below is dead on I seen that damn car the tenet is talking about and I complained about it too. The management however does not really care, they do not live here. I would also like to add that the problems are all stemming from the people with that darker color skin and not the white people that are moving out. It is definately getting dark here, and it was not like that when I moved in to this place. I prefer to stick with my own race and move out also, I think our migration is now to ###### (don't want to give it away they will move there too) :-)
