These apartments were once very nice and then changed management or owners a couple of times and have steadily declined. They've attempted to refurbish the outside but fail to realize that it's not the brick and mortar that trashes a place, it's the people you let in and in the last two years, their just trying to fill apartments without regards to the other tenants. The staff once was nice enough but they've demonstrated their lack of experience and ignorance here recently. Even the one's I thought were pretty sharp turned out to be a few fries short of a happy meal. This is a good property if you don't care where you live, have any pride in your home, not afraid to mingle with the hip hop crowd and like loud ass cars and dog crap fertilizing the yard. I bet you can get a move in special if you have bad credit, ask them.
