I agree with the last post. There are a lot of trashy people here now. Whites, ------, --------. The scum line covers all races here. Bottom line is that when you lower your rent to what it is now. YOU GET TRASHY PEOPLE!!! That's right welfare goes pretty far when rent does not eat into it too much. Here is another thing I am seeing that is unbelievable. There are large families living in a one bedroom apartment and I am not talking about the one with the sunroom, which most have doubled up as an extra room. Cramming 2 adults and 2 children (unless one is under the age of 1) in a one bedroom apartment is not even legal under the guide lines set out by the Texas Apartment Association. Well I am out of here in the very, very, very near future and can not wait. This place must be section 8 now, and I feel that everyone below has hit on the real problem, poor management.
