Get your pencil out folks...you'll want to take notes. We have lived here since 2002 and have watched this place go from okay to unsafe and unpleasant. In my opinion, race is not a factor. Undesirable people are found in every race. Lack of leadership and lack of concern for tenant safety are quite evident. There is loud music from cars rattling our windows several times daily, noisy/broken down vehicles, dog crap all over the grounds (smells great in the hot sun), high water bills, high electric bills, current tenants have to pay full market rate (yup...you guessed it, we don't get the specials) if they want to move to another apt on the property, no visible security on the grounds, mailbox break-ins, stolen vehicles, inadequate lighting, a gate that is broken more than working, scams to get you to "rent" a remote for the gate that is broken more than working, reduction/removal of amenities, increase in rent, loud drunken pool parties, unsupervised kids damaging cars/property, inadequate repairs repeated over and over and over - still not repaired properly, bi-polar manager who -when she makes herself available - gives you lip service instead of results and blames everything on "corporate", and lastly...management is more focused on getting those #!*& water bills paid than making sure the sprinklers don't run in the rain which, by the way, wastes water!!! Sheesh! Are we moving' You betcha!!! We are counting down the months!!! **WARNING** All that glitters is not gold!!!
