I lived at Village Green for about a year. While I was there I never had a problem with noise, parking, and most importantly- getting things fixed. Granted, it's not the Ritz but it's a decent place if you need somewhere to live and don't have expensive tastes. Stacy and Shannon were awesome and always treated me great. I know not everyone shares the same opinion of this complex, but I had a good experience.
