I have been a propery manager for 14 years and this company has unethical pratices.
I have a close family member that resided at this propery. From the get go they had problems: new ownership, new management(difficult) Poor response on maintance, poor security (gate problems), awful parking! They lived there for 14 months and one issue after another arose. When they HAD to move with 2 months remaining on their lease. They reamed them $$!!!! They signed off on one dollar amount and then they demanded another amount. Then to top it off when they were attempting to resolve this dollar difference, this unethical company turned it over to collection (within 30 days of their move-out). Also an itemized list of charges were never given to this former resident. SHAME ON YOU !!!! When visiting there I was in awe that they could charge the amount of rent for what they got or better still "what they didn't get. I STRONGLY advise anyone person thinking of residing at this propery to think long and hard before signing a lease.

If you were truely a property manager then you would now that there is no such thing as "security" on ANY property. The gates are called limited access gates and not security gates because anybody can follow another car into to the property before the gates close. Are you really a property manager. I don't beleive you. I am also a resident here and no I do not work for this company.

After i complained about my car, they said they had been waiting for a part for the gate... But for 3 MONTHS? please...then they pulled the same lame excuse as you...'anybody can follow another car inside'
