From the beginning everything was UNORGANIZED. Doors wouldn't close, sinks wouldn't drain, leaks under the sinks with AWFUL ODERS, the works. I personally don't have problems with maintenance but THE FRONT OFFICE IS USELESS. And the gate is just as useless. They have an excuse for everything that goes wrong. They claim that they don't have copies of the keys half the time but yet the pest control can manage to spray when you're not home. When I first moved in I had a HUGE ANT PROBLEM, i could not leave one dirty dish in the sink for more than 3 hrs. I'm talking about HUNDREDS OF ANTS!
It was consistant for 3 months straight. I had to go out and BY MY OWN pestisides. Now its THE ROACHES! And the bills don't even add up. i lived in a 2 bdrm-2 bth-1,100sqft-vaulted ceiling apt.(w/4 occupants) and pay the same for electric for my 1 bdrm-1 bth-700sqft (2 occupants) and i pay an average of $10 more on water. Oh yeah, I've had the same dog poop infront of my patio for about 3 weeks.I WISH I WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS WEB SITE BEFORE!!!!
