Not enough bang for the buck

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
No major problems but a new management company took over and and the price of rent is shooting up.They are trying to do good things by adding alot of useless amenities but all its doing is making rent higher.This is an older complex and for the price they are trying to charge you could pay less for an apartment in a newer complex.
