New management is a mess!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Initially I paid a full month's rent for a deposit. I moved out in November and have yet to receive my deposit back. There have been phone calls back and forth and it seems that since the new company took over, my lease had disappeared! Luckily they did some research and it was confirmed that they owe me the money, but now it's been three weeks and I have yet to receive the letter they promised me OR my deposit. A FULL month's rent is not pocket change!!!
