Village Green Apartments

Excited about the change!!! From: ktompkins2001 Date posted: 3/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I read this last review and I can only assume that person never had to deal with the old management. I have been here for 3 years and things have only improved since the new management took over. I have had a carport since I moved in and paid my monthly fee for it each month. When the old management was here I received a notice every month stating that I had a credit that I could deduct from my rent. I knew I had never paid any extra and that they just weren't billing me for the spot. I continued to ignore the notices after calling the guy that was the bookkeeper over and over again trying to get him to fix the problem. When new management took over Candace one of the new girls in the office called me and immediately knew the credit was incorrect, billed me for the carport and my account is FINALLY straight. Seems to me like they were left with a mess and in my case they are cleaning it up. They have also already made alot of changes to the place and have you seen the apartment they just moved the office to. The new way they are doing them is really nice!!
