I first moved into Village Green in 2005. Everything was great until Cres Management took over in 2007. This office staff is awful. You have to call or put in writing several times before you get any kind of maintenance request done. I usually have to email the management company to get anything done in my aparment. You might wait 3 days or you might wait a week. The office does not even care. They just tell you they are short handed. They can do a million dollar renovation, but can't get the every day stuff done. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. They have also given out my parking, I pay for, 3 seperate times under Cres Management. I would not advised anyone to rent here. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I completely agree.. The manager does not seem to care about the residents or customer service at all. Her head seems to be stuck in the clouds.....the most insenitive woman ever....I will be moving when my lease is up as well.

I know the manager, she worked at horizons fossil creek, I think she got fired... easy to see why, what a bee-atch

Question?....Who is the manager or has it changed at these apts yet...they look great but im re-thinking about moving here b/c of all the bad reviews!!! I mean living in a apt complex everthing will not be perfect....
