I have lived at Village Green for 2 1/2 years. I am finally getting out of here. They have major boiler/plumbing issues they cannot get fixed. I have been without hot water for weeks at a time. They don't seem to care or get it fixed. The office staff is low grade. The manager ----- is a joke. They don't answer their phone. They just let it roll to voicemail and never call you back. The maintenance team is also a joke. They have no clue what they are doing. It is just a mess. When I first moved in it was great. Since Cres Management has taken over, it has gone down hill. They just built this new office/club house. It does not even match the apartments. It looks out of place and much nicer than the apartments they have to offer. Something the tenants will pay for in rent and not even worth it. They have been through 3 managers in less than a year. They just can't get it together and this has been going on for over a year. They would just rather ignore you and hope you go away. Thank goodness I am!!
