Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Staff is totally incompetent. First it took them 2 weeks to approve application. Called them several times about it and they would never return call. Moving from out of state and did not get approved until two days before moving. They only had one key to apartment(theirs) and no mail box key. Took a month to finally get mailbox key. Kept receiving late notice on gas and water bill, because they were not sending me one. Had to contact management office to receive bill. They said it was in the wrong name which was why I was not receiving it. Untrue, because when I finally got it they had put it in my daughters name(which is diffrent from my last name)and the postman has been delivering for last few months. Boilers went out had no hot water for three months. Maintenance men would come to fix problems with a screwdriver and no other tools or work order. They would not leave copy of working when leaving stating if problem has been fixed. After every thing I had been through the last manager let me put satellite on on patio ledge because of the design of the patio would not allow me too get a signal. Now we have a new manager who wants to go back to collect deposit,and have it installed in a way that it will not receive a signal which will make it useless. I have had my dish since November. I would have never signed an agreement had management not approved it. Sent out notices stating this is you third notice, but never received first or second notice. Management said "Third Request" prints out automatically. How hard would it be to take a pen and mark it out to write "First Request"'
