I have owned for several years and because of a job transfer, needed to rent for awhile. I had to find an apartment in the DFW area in a good school district from the East coast, site unseen. The school district is amazing. I have very high expectations, but Anne, the Apartment Manager was GREAT at helping me as I moved and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I really think they really try to help residents. I have had several maintenance requests, but they have been handled expeditiously and the issues have been corrected. The staff is respectful, cheerful and helpful - even after move-in. The "attitude" did not change once I signed my lease. Very easy access to everything in Euless and in a very good neighborhood. The Bear Creek trails that the apartment complex backs up to are awesome. But again, the service is the key here. Every apartment complex will be nice when you are inquiring about signing a lease - Anne Mullens leads her team to be responsive and respectful after you sign the lease. This is a safe complex in a good neighborhood and in a very, very good school district. Parking is ok, occasionally you cannot find a spot, but usually it is fine. There is not alot of noise and the grounds are kept very clean. There are alot of irresponsible pet owners who do not pick up their dogs poop, but the maintenance does try to keep it really clean. It is very safe. As a single mom, I highly recommend based on safety. The maintenance staff is very friendly and does a great job. I have an updated unit and I would recommend probaly doing the upgrade but for the price, it is a good deal.

I just love how Ann Mullen's name is blanked out on the following (unpleasant) posting, but conveniently left in on this one. Apparently, Ms. Mullen can only handle self-articulated praise, but no criticism. In the following post, which was written by me and responded to by others, please insert Ann Mullen where you see the dashes. Yes, the same Ann Mullen who is "helpful," according to this post (very funny). She's never been helpful to anyone I've spoken with. While I have only spoken with a handful of other tenants, all of them find her to be rude and unapproachable. Such consensus is rarely unanimous, so I find it difficult to believe that a "real" tenant wrote the posting above, as well as the previous post. With the exception of a leasing agent named Sarah, no one has been kind or helpful at this apartment in my experience. I find myself having to beg for help because none of my complaints are ever addressed and the apartments are practically falling apart on the inside. Everything nice about them is an illusion or facade. So perhaps Ann Mullen could ask to also have her name removed from the above post, just to keep things fair. That way she won't be diluting reality by perpetuating her unfounded high views of herself.
